PBCE worked on the interior demolition of Chase Hall, the school’s old dormitory. With this project we had to bring in a structural engineer to advise, this way we could carefully take down walls and ensure the building would stay structurally safe and sound! Our team meticulously dismantled each section, salvaging materials for reuse and recycling wherever possible. The new design seamlessly integrated modern elements with the historic charm of the building, creating a space that honored the legacy of the school while providing a fresh and updated environment for its students. The transformation of Chase Hall not only breathed new life into the campus but also served as a testament to PBCE’s commitment to preserving the integrity of historical structures.
