We began by demolishing the old housing authority buildings to pave the way for new and enhanced construction. This Brownfields Cleanup project includes asbestos abatement & demolition of 22 old housing buildings and the removal of unsuitable soils while preparing the site for new construction by our good friends at zachauconstruction.We were excited to contribute to Portland, Maine’s building community.
